Delivery Terms
The following information details our delivery charges and estimated delivery timescales:
Placing an Order
Once an order has been placed through Shanfa Global, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of his/her order. Provided email will contain the order number, along with all the other details regarding the order.
In case of missing/incomplete information, our customer service team member will contact the customer in order to complete the missing data so we can start processing the order immediately.
UAE Delivery Times and Costs
Free delivery to UAE on orders above 100 AED. Minimum Order Value 100 AED. A delivery charge of 15 AED is applied on orders below 100 AED. Orders to UAE are delivered by Aramex within 2-3 days.
KSA Delivery Times and Costs
Free delivery to KSA on orders above 359 SAR. Minimum Order Value 159 SAR. A delivery charge of 49 SAR is applied on orders below 359 SAR. Orders to KSA are delivered by Aramex within 4-5 days.
Kuwait Delivery Times and Costs
Free delivery to Kuwait on orders above 16 KWD. Minimum Order Value 12 KD. A delivery charge of 1.5 KWD is applied on orders below 16 KWD. Orders to Kuwait are delivered by Own Fleet within same day or next days.
Qatar Delivery Times and Costs
Minimum Order Value 199 QAR. A delivery charge of 39 QAR. Orders to Qatar are delivered by Aramex within 4-5 days.
Bahrain Delivery Times and Costs
Free delivery to Bahrain on orders above 17 BHD. Minimum Order Value 13 BHD. A delivery charge of 2.3 BHD is applied on orders below 17 BHD. Orders to Bahrain are delivered by Aramex within 4-5 days.
Oman Delivery Times and Costs
Minimum Order Value 16 OMR. A delivery charge of 4.6 OMR . Orders to Oman are delivered by Aramex within 4-5 days.
Payment Options
Credit/Debit Cards
We accept payments through local & international credit/debits cards such as VISA & Mastercard.
Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can easily and securely pay for items using your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac.
Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can easily and securely pay for items using your web browsers & Google pay app.
Cash on Delivery
The cash on delivery option is available.
How can I track my delivery status?
You can check your order status and/or track the delivery of your order through My Orders tab, from your Account Menu.
Refund and Returns Policy
The following information details our Refund and Returns policy :
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shanfaglobal.ae and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
